Martin directs technical and strategical aspects of the business, he leads the daily operations of the business to ensure safe, compliant, and financial excellence. Martin’s background consists of managing quality systems, project delivery and daily running of diverse business profiles.
William Pickett
Will is an MEP commercial expert with over 21 years of industry experience, having worked across the full lifecycle of construction projects from inception to completion. His expertise spans a wide range of sectors, including education, defence, commercial, healthcare, scientific, residential, and industrial.
He has extensive experience in both single-stage and two-stage tendering and is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day commercial management of the business. Will is passionate about fostering a people-focused, positive, safe, and inclusive working environment.
Sadoon Utaiwi
Sadoon specialises in HVAC system design and construction, with a particular focus on renewable technologies. He has in-depth experience with heat pump applications and solar thermal systems, supporting the delivery of energy-efficient and sustainable building solutions. Sadoon is responsible for overseeing the technical delivery of projects from concept through to execution. His role ensures that both the design and the final outcome align with stakeholder objectives and expectations.
Simon Lee
Coming from a Pipework background, Simon progressed into M&E Project Management within the Mechanical Engineering and Construction Industry. Simon manages a range of contracts and large portfolios with many prestigious clients across London.
Alicia Bentley-Leek
A Health & Safety consultant specialising primarily in construction, building services (HVACR), engineering/architecture and hospitality sectors. Alicia oversees and manages Health & Safety matters across the projects, including environmental and quality aspects.
Stephanie Davis
Stephanie is an experienced Office Manager with over 12 years in the planning and construction industry. She provides comprehensive support to the Company Directors while managing compliance, document control and company accreditations.
Stephanie manages the organisation’s media platforms, fleet operations, and office administration, ensuring smooth day-to-day business operations. She also coordinates a wide range of business projects, contributing to operational efficiency and continuous improvement across the company.
