This project involved the installation of new roof-mounted plant at SNTH, including an Air Handling Unit (AHU) and Air Source Heat Pump (ASHP) system located on a newly constructed roof and structural steel plant deck.
The works included the installation of associated mechanical services, including new flow and return pipework, valves, insulation, supports, and bespoke bracketry. A new low-voltage (LV) electrical installation was also completed, including power supplies, containment, cabling, isolators, and equipment connections.
In addition, a new basement plant room was installed with associated mechanical equipment and services to support the building’s heating and ventilation systems. A new Building Management System (BMS) network was also provided, enabling the monitoring and control of all major plant and equipment.
The completed works deliver a modern, energy-efficient heating and ventilation solution fully integrated into the building’s services infrastructure.
